We had D&S Flooring in to look at a problem area floor that was very hard to maintain a nice wax finish on VCT. They gave us a recommendation on a product to fix our ongoing maintenance issue. We took their advice and had them install the product. It has now been tested for a few years and has turned out to be fabulous! Not only was it a great experience to work with Derry and his men, but we also have a beautiful floor that looks like the day it was installed, in a very heavy traffic area. The quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the conscientious effort for customer satisfaction has been outstanding!!
We since had them back to do more areas and again weren't disappointed with our high expectation of quality workmanship. The job was started as scheduled and completed when projected it would be finished. That is very important to us as we work around daily foot traffic and at times with tight deadlines. Derry and his men worked around us to make the project go smoothly. The cost for the flooring was exactly as quoted and completed in detail and quality.
We have another difficult flooring area to tackle (around and under the dishwasher). Needless to say we will again ask Derry for his recommendation of product and have them back for a quality installation. We appreciate D&S' experienced and wealth of knowledge in flooring and now in our needs. Lastly, it has saved us lots of $$$ in ongoing flooring maintenance costs.
