Flooring Sales Consultant

The Flooring Sales Consultant at D&S Flooring plays a vital role in helping customers find the right flooring solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through project completion. This position includes meeting with customers in the showroom and at job sites, measuring projects, preparing estimates, researching flooring products and pricing, and guiding customers through the selection process. The Flooring Sales Consultant works closely with installers, vendors, and office staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with excellence.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, organized, and motivated to serve others with integrity. They are eager to develop a thorough knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, and industry trends while representing D&S Flooring's commitment to serving people, and pursuing excellence in every interaction.

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday appointments as needed to meet customer schedules.

Flooring installer

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

  1. Demonstrates respect and professionalism toward all individuals

  2. Possesses a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work

  3. Delivers high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail

  4. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  5. Holds a valid driver’s license

  6. 2 years flooring experience (preferred)
